Food and Exercise Logs

strawberry yogurt - 4oz

korean spicy noodle cup  - 16oz cooked

mini pack of seasoned croutons - .25oz

cottage cheese -  4oz

soft peppermint candy - 3 pieces

wakame seaweed miso egg drop soup - 1 cup

italian pasta salad - x2 cups (each cup eaten at different times of the day)

scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese - 1 cup cooked


EXERCISE

10363 steps (achieved via fitness walking)
